Neck Pain | Sakit Tengkuk

Have you ever experienced neck pain after focusing your job on computer? 


Most of the times, neck pain happened to someone who works at office, facing computers for a long period. 


Sometimes eating performance can get affected such as it is hard to chew and swallow the food.


Sometimes it also affect our sleeping.


It limits our movement hence it will affect our daily life.


There is a way to improve neck pain. But if it is a chronic pain, please consult your doctor first.


Here is a video explaining and demonstrating how to massage our neck so it can lessen the pain on the neck.




Do it consistently. Maybe about 15-30 minutes for each time you do it.

1. After wake up from sleep

2. Before go to sleep

3. Leisure time such as during the noon


While massage, you can do selawat. The One who cures you is not the massage or your hand, but our Creator, Allah who gives us the remedy.


Do it for 2-3 days, inshaAllah you will see some progress and improvement.


Please take care of your body as you are going to use it for a long time. Have a good posture, sit back properly, get a good rest and take some breaks between your tight job schedule.
